Sun salutations are good for stretching muscles tired from biking 🚴♀️😊.
Croissants could be the new slow release energy food….as long as they’re combined with later Haribo bears.
Tired legs can still make peddles go round and Sian’s route planning is much more sensible and tool appropriate even though the guidebook scaling for the elevation looks much more gentile than the Strava profile.

Even Andy can admit he wishes his legs had more in them!

Cheesy tortollini pasta is particularly yummy with no fear of having to ride up hill afterwards.
Andy hates shopping even though it’s only so he can swim in the swimming pool on the campsite. Who forgets their swimmers when heading on holiday though? 😞
Siena is quite a spectacular city and the gelato is tasty 😋.

The Siena bike shop only sells Bianchi water bottles….let’s hope they don’t go fusty too quickly!
Lolling in the swimming pool is nice 👍.
Bierra Moretti Rosso is stronger than the regular one.
Lamb on the bbq tastes quite lovely……accompanied by asparagus and hasselback potatoes. And of course some vino rosso.
Reality will bite tomorrow when I speak to my supervisors re my thesis…..not feeling anxious at all…..eek!
